i don't know is this was discussed before but i would like to know; what'll happen when all this current players get too old to play? for example, 8 or 9 seasons from now players like kobe, mcgrady, kg, duncan will probably all be gone. what then? will we run the sim with only fictional players? is there any way to throw in some of the future nba stars (like bogut for example)? some real and existing players?

The sim will continue with fictional players.

We will not be inserting real people into draft files.  partly because it's a time ocnsuming process, partly because people would complain about how real ratings are, and partly because we'll cover 8 years of ssba before we get to the next nba draft, thus won't know who will declare/not declare.

Get used to fictionaly players.  It's part of the game.
