Suggestion for faster recruiting of gms

I was wondering that with the vacancy of at least 2 (might probably be 3 soon) teams, maybe commish can reward some incentives (extra cash) for those who can recruit gms? Not to mention that the Lakers haven't had a GM for like 3984948 seasons.

Rewarding cash might be a pretty small incentive, in paper, but team points are hardly earned in this league.

SSBA already has 14 seasons under its belt, some prospective GMs find that as a turn off.

That said, one must be really active in finding interested GMs, and to compensate for that, they get reward points.

another way could be increasing the rating of Dr.J. As i can remember, WolvesGM was turned off by that one.
