The thing is Drew is also shutting down the opposing SG's. Except for Koegan, everyone played horrible, he even shut down Kobe.

Kobe averaged 12.6 ppg this sim.  Granted he shot 37%, but I made a bad decision in terms of tempo and scoring focus.

Sim 1 isn't enough to go on for much of anything.  Consider the following:

Pistons outscoring opponents by 1 ppg on average and going 7-1
Mavs' and Wizards' bad starts

And at the start of last season I was on the exact opposite end of that...  Actually I was outscoring teams by 2 ppg, but had a Horrible record...

damn,Blazers are on Fire ,i was thinking going 3-3 or 4-2 hopefully, eventually ended 6-1 Smile

Zach has gone crazy 25ppg 15rpg 5apg 2spg,Telfair 20ppg,8apg,3spg,
Houbregs 15ppg,4prg,4apg,etc. , just need Fox to get some more minutes

Started with Pistons -9 defeat, trashed Rockets with 42 points more,Raptors by 3,Wolves by 11,and finally defeated previous champs Jazz by 6 and finalists Nets by 27 Smile

Zach looks like early candidate for MVP already

Pistons : 30p,14r,5a,3s
Rockets : 18p,5r,5a,3s in 18 minutes only
Raptors : 26p,16r,6a,3s
Wolves : 26p,12r,4a,3s,2b
Jazz : 34p,19r,5a,2s
Nets : 17p,22r,4a

just 2 blocks in 6 games tough

With Chamberlain's sensational ball-handling abilities and Vince&Vince continuing to light up the score board, I see no reason not to continue going with a very fast pace. Holton and Tsakalidis playing well too. Although not contributing much on the offensive end, especially Holton, they are grabbing rebounds and blocking shots. Holton is hurt now, though, so Allen has to step in and start. But the main focus, of course, will be around my perimeter trio. Doesn't look like they can be stopped, but you can't always tell much from the first sim...

You might want to look at this guy called tim duncan on the sixers.

Wow...  Duncan's teammates must be cancerous...  How else could the team go 4-3 when his is averaging 40ppg 15rpg 2.5bpg????  Those stats are unreal...

His GM is cancerous, not his teammates. His GM is pretty busy.

Boykins had a game of 16 pts, 16 assists, 0 turnovers Smile

Closer look, I'm +4.3 in rebounding (actually thought that would be a bit higher).  +4.2 in turnovers.  That's a tremendous advantage from last year (last year I was in the negative).  Making 3 more 3's/game, even on ft's, shooting 46.3% compared to 40.3% for the opp.  +6 bpg, +2 spg, +4.7 apg.  Nice.

No position outside of pg shot over 40% against me.  And starting pg's only averaged a 1.65/1 assist to turnover ratio against me.  Very good.  Dalembert was shutdown on pf's not named tim duncan.

John Salmons is such a mini-battier it's not even funny.

On a per 35 minutes (to normalize against minutes played):
Battier: 6.9 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 2.1 spg, 0.99 topg
Salmons: 7.6 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 1.2 spg, 1.1 topg

(Notice particularly the less TO's than steals bit).  Neither of them even contemplate scoring though.

LOL,that's sick, but its one guy playing as it seams, good start for them tough but if they had more guys in the mood they could have go better
Also :
Telfair 21ppg,8apg,3spg, Houbregs 15ppg,4prg,4apg, are also playing great, great FG % of most of the team also, they seem to work very good

A little break down -

Very unremarkable first game - beat the kings 84-76. Deng forced A-/A- TMac into 10-28, so that should count for something.

2nd game, Yao fouls out in 30 mins as I get tooled by the Mavs in OT. Rasho with 21 rebounds off the bench.

3rd game, SMOKED by the Kincks. Yao with 32/21/5, but the rest of the team was awful.

4th game, blazers got me by 3, but I gess holding them to 102 points was an accomplishment. Yao with 38/15.

5th game, breaking out of a 3 game slump with a 19 point win over the Knicks. Diddle scores 33 points. What a surpise that has been.

6th game, Yao scores 30, Baron scores 29 and the Raptors beat the C's by 17.

So a great final 2 games fo a 3-3 sim.

Oh and the Spurs go 0-4.
